Rebuilding Your Team from Within

Are your leaders skilled at leading, managing, strategizing, championing change, transforming organizations, and testing the latest thinking in leadership with scriptural principles?  Nothing will prepare and transform your organization faster than developing skilled leaders first at the top and then throughout your organization.  A unique approach will be presented to transforming your organization by doing a 360 degree profile on leaders and involving them in an individual and collective coaching process that results in significant changes in leaders, their teams, and their organization.

23.  Effective Self Supporting Ministry

Best practices for managing a self supporting ministry.

Ministry and mission leaders unconsciously assume that salaried ministries and self-supporting ministries are similar, yet they are radically different.  One is focused on raising money to accomplish its ministry while the other is focused on raising people to accomplish its ministry.  Board members, and at times mission leaders, come from the for-profit and/or salaried non-profit sector. They wonder why the governance and leadership that have been accustomed to is not working.
     -
 What is the fundamental difference?
     - What must be the primary focus of a self-supporting ministry?
     -
How does it affect governance, leadership and fund raising?

Ted Noble, President, Greater Europe Mission, Monument, Colo.
